Up for sale is a fairly clean Hammarlund HQ-105TR. Cosmetically a 8.5. Unit powers up ( Brought up Slowly with Variac), lights up, receives signals and clock working. AVC seems to be working properly and S meter registering incoming signals and zero set screw ok. As with all used electronics item is sold AS IS as this radio will obviously need to be re-capped, resistors checked for tolerances, controls cleaned and lubricated and probably can use a full alignment. I did check all tubes and found only 1 defective tube which has been replaced to correct no receive issue. Also, Q-Multiplier seems to be working correctly. No other testing has been performed. Will include a printed copy of user manual. I do not have correct crystal to check CB transmit.
